How does it works ?
Sun power is collected on a large area mirror and concentrated on a very small surface.
The intense heat at this surface increases the temperature of the energy storage material.
The heat is then converted into electricity and is available at any moment
Heat storage
The energy storage volume is calculated taking the required power and the local weather conditions.
During summer the extra-energy is stored in the thermal energy tank.
This energy is readily available to be used in winter time, when sun is scarce.

• Stirling engines
• Thermophotovoltaic cells
Hot water production and storage is a PGS plug-in option
Use Case
An off-the grid large house for 4 people
Energy independent all year long.
The Permanent Generator Station (PGS) design example is for family of 4 persons in a large house in Fontainebleau France (49°N latitude), with air conditioning and an electrical vehicle. Space heating is provided by hot water from the system as well.
